How to request a pickup:

• Your name and date of birth
• The equipment you need picked up
• Your current address
• A phone number where we can reach you
What to expect:
• We'll schedule a pickup within our service area (typically within 5-7 business days)
• Our driver will come to your home during the scheduled window
• Please have the equipment accessible and ready to go
