• Is the equipment plugged in and powered on?

• Are all connections secure?

• Have you checked the filters (if applicable)?

• A description of the problem

What happens next:

• If it's a minor issue, we may be able to resolve it over the phone

• If a repair or replacement is needed, we'll check your warranty and insurance coverage

• We'll schedule a service call or equipment swap if necessary

Warranty equipment: If your equipment is under warranty, repairs or replacement may be covered at no cost.

Rental equipment: If you're renting equipment through insurance, we'll coordinate a repair or exchange.
