Lost or Damaged Shipments

My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it

First, please check:

• With other household members

• Around your property (front door, side door, garage)

• With neighbors

• With your building's mailroom or management

If you still can't find it, contact us. We'll file a delivery investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Note: Because we're the shipper of record, we must file the claim - customers cannot file directly with the carrier.

What happens next:

• The carrier will investigate (timelines vary)

• If they confirm the package was lost, we'll reship or refund based on your preference

• If they confirm delivery, we'll work with you on next steps

My package arrived damaged

Contact us within 48-72 hours with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We'll ship a replacement right away - you typically won't need to return the damaged item.
