Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost. In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item.

What we need:

• Your order number

• Photos showing the issue

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? You can return most items within 30 days of the ship date for store credit.

• Store credit includes your purchase amount + tax

• Original shipping costs are not refunded

• You're responsible for return shipping

• Contact us to get an RMA number before sending anything back

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened:

• Personal care or hygiene products

• Items that contact bodily fluids

• Consumables, filters, and single-use items

No cash refunds. All returns result in store credit.
