Home Medix is committed to providing reliable home-care solutions and a smooth shopping experience. If you need help with a return, replacement, or warranty claim, please review the policy below.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Home Medix will replace it at no additional cost.
To receive prompt support, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Photos or video showing the issue
Once reviewed, our team will issue a replacement or provide next steps.
In many cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned, unless required by Home Medix support.
2. Returns for Non-Defective Items
Returns for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment (“change-of-mind returns”) are accepted under the conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
Items must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Return Authorization Required
Before sending any item back, please contact Home Medix for return approval.
Some returns may require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) or a specific return label provided by Home Medix.
If an RMA or special label is required, it will be included in your return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
Where to Send Returns
Home Medix does not process returns at its corporate office.
Any items shipped to the corporate office will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
To ensure correct processing:
If a return label is provided, use the address printed on that label.
If no label is provided, ship the item to the return address listed on your package, which directs the return to the fulfillment center that originally shipped your order.
Only use an alternate return address if explicitly provided by Home Medix support.
Note: Items delivered in separate boxes must be returned separately to their respective return locations.
Customer Responsibility
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage
Using a trackable shipping method if no return label is provided
Refunds are issued once the fulfillment center receives and inspects the item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including but not limited to:
Personal-care or hygiene-related products
Medical-adjacent items that may come into contact with bodily fluids
Consumables, filters, and single-use items
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before opening or using it.
4. Warranty Coverage (Manufacturer’s Warranty)
Some products offered by Home Medix include a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and typically cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Claim Process
Warranty claims are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer.
Proof of purchase from Home Medix is required.
Home Medix may assist with documentation but does not determine claim outcomes.
Manufacturers generally do not cover:
Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

5. Return Shipping & Approved Return Locations
To ensure accurate processing:
Do not send returns to the Home Medix corporate office. Packages sent there will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
Use the return address on your provided label, when applicable.
If no label is provided, use the return address listed on your package, which corresponds to the correct fulfillment center.
Only use an alternate return address if specifically given by Home Medix support.
Unauthorized or misrouted returns may be refused or delayed.
6. Refund Processing
After the fulfillment center receives and inspects your return:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed
A restocking fee may apply.
7. Exchanges
Home Medix does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or model, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is issued.
